Nitrogen for Methane Elimination from Pneumatics, Pool B
Nitrogen for Methane Elimination from Pneumatics, Pool B, is an aggregate offset project for multiple well sites in Alberta. A nitrogen system is installed at the well site to power pneumatic pumps and devices, eliminating the need for routine methane venting. No outside power is necessary. Emission reductions are accurately and easily quantified by measuring the amount of nitrogen used, which has a direct correlation to the amount of fuel gas that otherwise would have been vented.
