Vulcan Solar Emission Offset Project

The Project comprises of the emission reductions generated through the generation of electricity by solar, a clean and renewable source as compared to electricity generation through fossil fuel-based sources. These greenhouse gas ("GHG") emission reductions have been generated in accordance with the Quantification Protocol for Solar Electricity Generation Version 1 May 2008 ("Solar Protocol"). The Project will be comprised of 78,720 solar modules with a total generating capacity of 22 MW, and a 42 MWh Battery Energy Storage System located on 160 acres of cultivated, privately- owned land, 3.5 Kilometers southeast of the town of Vulcan, Alberta. The Project is not registered or claiming environmental credits through any other GHG offset program other than the AEOR and not be seeking simultaneous registration in any other registry.
