BluEarth Renewables Suffield Solar Offset Project
The Suffield Solar Facility (the Project) is a collection of solar
photovoltaic (PV) cells in Alberta that will convert sunlight into
renewable electricity and displace the, primarily, coal and natural gasbased
grid mix in Alberta. As a result, the Project will directly offset the
greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions resulting from fossil fuel-based
electricity production in Alberta with renewable energy.
