The CMC Tillage Management Wildrose Project #3 is an aggregated carbon emission reduction project of The Carbon Merchants Corp. The Carbon Merchants Corp. is an aggregation and project development company comprised of market stakeholders with wide experience in enterprise application in industry and agriculture.
The Purpose of the CMC Tillage Management Wildrose Project #3 "PROJECT" is the quantification of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission offsets (offset credits) from tillage management practices change on agricultural land in Alberta and as defined in Alberta Environment's Quantification Protocol for Tillage System Management, Version 1.3, February 2009. (Tillage System Management, Version 1.3)
The Objectives are as follows:
The Project will meet or exceed all of the requirements of the Alberta Environment OFFSET CREDIT PROJECT GUIDANCE DOCUMENT, Version 1.2, February 2008.(Project Guidance Document, Version 1.2)
The Project will meet or exceed the requirements of ISO 14064
