Sollair Solar Offset Project

The Sollair Solar Offset Project is a 75MW solar electricity generation facility connected to the AIES to supply renewable electricity to the electricity grid, directly displacing electricity from carbon-emitting generation sources. The greenhouse gas emission reductions calculated from this project will be generated in accordance with the Quantification Protocol for Solar Electricity Generation Version 1 May 2008. The Project is located on 473 acres of land approximately 0.1 kilometers from the town of Airdire.
