Tourmaline Oil Corp. Vent Gas Reduction Project

The intent of the project is to achieve GHG emissions reductions by connecting vent gas capture technologies to hydrocarbon storage tanks, compressors, or glycol dehydrators to capture the gas that would otherwise be vented into the atmosphere. The captured gas is either injected into a sales gas pipeline or used on-site as fuel gas (Category 1 – conservation) or sent to flare (Category 2 – destruction).
